I liked the cleanliness of the pool. The pool was clean and the water did not smell of chlorine. The towels were clean si barely used. Also I liked the room. Big and clean. We stayed in 203 and 204 (2 double rooms with Sea View). In one room we also had an extra bed for a child and still we had plenty of space to move around. The rooms were spacious. On the balcony we had 2 chairs, one small table and a rack for wet clothes. The hotel has 4 elevators and we did not to wait to much. The hotel has a guarded parking space and we did not need to be think about the car. The Breakfast was varied and the staff attentive to the needs of the tourists. Although the Check-in is 18:00, the Reception was very kind and they give us the room cards earlier (without us asking or expecting for it) on their own initiative, telling us that they had rooms available and they can accomodate us earlier. The hotel garden, is green, clean and maintained. The access to the garden from outside is based on room card. This created a sense of security especially for the kids who played alone everywhere without worrying they will be lost.

The indoor saltwater pool is absolutely delightful, offering a truly serene experience. The garden is a lush, peaceful retreat—beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxation. Breakfast is excellent, and the food overall is of high quality. The hotel staff show great attention to detail, enhancing the overall experience.

Everything was perfect. The hotel serves a very delicious and comprehensive breakfast. Also, the spa is not to be missed. I particularly enjoyed the pool. Super comfy beds. I slept like a baby.

Second time at this hotel and would be back anytime. Everything was great, staff was very friendly and helpful, an example of how hotels staff should behave with customers. We arrived early at the hotel, and we were able to access facilities while waiting for check-in, and we stayed longer after our checkout. Pool is awesome, a great place to relax. Kids enjoyed and had a lot of fun. Breakfast was very good, lots of diversity 10+.

Friendly staff, very helpful. The hotel was not very busy, so they accommodated us before check in time and permitted our leave after the check out time with no additional cost.
